The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and a second bedroom has bunks to cater for two. Both bedrooms have flywire access doors to a balcony to enjoy the natural sea-side serenity. The separate kitchen/ breakfast area has brand new appliances and is well equipped for all your cooking requirements.

External entry to the downstairs rooms offers a third bedroom with a queen size bed whilst bedroom four is a bunk /lounge combo room with TV to satisfy the kids. Both rooms have flywire access doors onto a leafy garden area.
A new powder room accomodates both rooms for your convenience.

As this home has two distinct sleeping/living areas we can offer upstairs only living at a discount rate catering for the family of four or a couple.(Downstairs will be vacant during your stay)

In the level, elevated rear yard the vista is tree tops of the native ti-tree giving you the feeling of tranquillity that the peninsula is renowned for. A user friendly BBQ area with outdoor dining facilities for 8 people completes the setting.
Enjoy your breakfast in the sun with our resident magpies.

For the total package there is a lock up garage and guaranteed privacy with ample off street parking for boats, jet skis and other toys.
