Located in a quiet street right around the corner from the famous peninsula pantry, this location will please any coffee or cake connoisseur. Only a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the beautiful ocean beach and National Park or alternatively head for the pristine bay and fantastic restaurants.
Position yourself so you can enjoy all the magic the Peninsula has to offer and take advantage of being so close to the peninsular hot springs, horse riding on St Andrews beach, teeing off on some of Victorias best golf destinations, visiting the renowned Red Hill wineries, market or produce destinations.
The house has floating floor boards and tiles in main living areas and all bedrooms are newly carpeted for maximum comfort. Open plan kitchen and dining room connects the living area featuring surround sound entertainment system and a Wii console and games to keep the kids entertained on those nights at home.
The Split system air conditioner, Gas heating and open fire ensure that your stay is enjoyable at any time of year.
The Bathroom has a separate bath and shower with a fantastic hot water system, two toilets are located separately.
A gas BBQ and outdoor setting are located on the two tier decking that overlooks the native Moonah trees that shelter the peaceful garden setting. For maximum enjoyment on those warm summer nights, the decking also boasts a six person spa so you can relax while staring at the stars and listening to the sound of the surf in the distance. (Only available for use through the warmer months)

We had an amazing stay. So close to Rye's wonderful foreshore and a great base to explore the penninsula. Facilities were fantastic and loved dinner on the deck with a spa afterwards. Would love to come back.

Excellent house accommodation and thoughtful touches throughout to make staying with children a breeze. Professionally designed garden, deck, bbq area and spa arrangement was a pleasure to experience. Great location, short distances to local beaches. Beautifully maintained and Obviously well cared for property.

I was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming, lived in warmth of this holiday house. Clean, comfortable. Bright bedrooms. All conveniences supplied. Little touches, like herbs in the garden, logs by the fire, a welcome letter that is not a rule list! Makes you feel the owners want you to make yourself at home, and I did. I am loathe to write a positive feedback, cos darn it, everyone will want to book it and limit its availability to me.! Very convenient to Hot Springs. Does require a good exercise walk or drive to the beach. Thankyou

We had an excellent stay at The Wishing Well. The property was absolutely immaculate and much better than the photos depict. If the new outdoor spa had of been up and running I would have rated The Wishing Well 'Outstanding'!
