Bedroom Configuration
Master bedroom: king size bed, two bedside tables, double wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Second bedroom: queen size bed, two bedside tables, single wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Third bedroom/home office: king single bed, chest of drawers and a large desk. This bedroom is a combination bedroom/home office. Bring your laptop and take advantage of unlimited high speed wireless cable broadband. An office phone is also provided where unlimited Australia wide telephone calls can be made.
Other Features
Large front and back yards, the latter being fully fenced, ideal for pets and great for kids. There is an undercover patio with an outdoor setting and gas barbeque provided.
The lounge room has a leather lounge suite, LCD TV, blue ray DVD player, surround sound home theatre system where you can also play music from your mobile phone or any bluetooth enabled device. There is a selection of blue ray DVD movies and board games for your use.
Fully equiped kitchen with a Tasmanian oak dining setting. Child friendly dinnerware is provided and a portacot and high chair are available if needed. The laundry contains a washing machine and dryer, the house has heating and cooling.
Very comfortable beds and good quality cotton linen and towels are also provided.
