Originally a four bedroom house the property has been divided into 2 individual self-contained apartments that can be rented together (e.g. 2 families or a larger group) or just the upstairs apartment can be rented by itself.
UPSTAIRS APARTMENT
* 2 good sized bedrooms. The front room features a queen-sized sleigh bed, built in wardrobe and leads on to the front deck and its water views. Rear bedroom has 2 bunk beds (i.e. sleeps 4) and a built in wardrobe. Sleeps 8 max.
* Bathroom with corner bath.
* Very large living and dining area. 2 sofas (one of which pulls out into a sofa bed), TV, DVD and stereo. Solid wood dining table seats 6.
* Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, cooking utensils etc.
* Huge deck with water views. 2 outdoor tables plus chairs. Stairs down to back yard.
* Large fully fenced backyard with grass area, palm trees, flower beds and a swing-set for the kids.
* Internal garage plus off-street parking
* Laundry facilities with washer and tumble dryer
* Reverse-cycle air-conditioning for your comfort
DOWNSTAIRS APARTMENT
* 2 bedrooms. The front bedroom features a queen-sized woode bed and built in wardrobe. Rear bedroom has 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4) and a chest of drawers. Sleeps 6 max.
* Large/modern bathroom with corner bath, washing machine and tumble dryer.
* Living and dining area with 2 sofas, TV, Video and DVD. Solid wood dining table seats 6.
* Kitchen has a sink, small fridge, microwave and hotplate. Cooking utensils etc. all provided.
NOTE: The downstairs apartment is not available on its own.
PLEASE NOTE: dogs are welcome all year and we do not charge any more but they must remain outside (on the covered deck with dog house and bowls provided). You must agree to special conditions.
WATER SPORTS: Canoeing, boating, sailing, windsurfing and fishing. 2 boat ramps nearby - one within 100 meters.
FAMILY FUN: Park and shallow/flat water are just 70m away. Swimming pool (with large water slides is just 5 minutes drive, beautiful beaches and national park is also just a few minutes drive.
GOLF AND SPORT: 18 hole golf course is just 10 minutes walk away along with tennis courts, bowling and lots of other forms of entertainment - all provided by the local RSL - one of the best on the South Coast.
CYCLING: Level bicycle track from St Georges Basin to Jervis Bay goes past a number of great beaches.
DOLPHIN AND WHALE TOURS: These operate out of Huskisson which is 10 minutes by car.
BUSH WALKING: Booderee National Park (and Jervis Bay Marine Reserve) with it towering sandstone cliffs, sparkling blue waters, beautiful white sand beaches and bush walks is also just a few minutes away by car.

To get the downstairs apartment also add roughly 2/3 again.
NOTES:
* Prices given are for up to 4 people.
* Additional adults are $20 per person, per night. Additional children (aged 3 to 17) are $10 per person, per night.
* A $200 deposit bond is required on booking and returned after your stay.
* Upper bunk beds are not suitable for adults.
* Bookings must start (and end) on a Friday, Sunday or a Monday. So for example you can stay Friday to Sunday, Monday to Friday, Monday to Sunday etc.

Stay during the week we offer the fantastic rate of just $60 per night - every night other than Friday and Saturday. Available all year round except the NSW school summer holidays and public holidays. Normal cleaning fees apply.
