LIVING ROOM
Very large living room with 2 sofas (one of which pulls out as a sofa-bed), a coffee table, a TV with DVD. Plus a stereo and a wood-burning stove.

At the other end is a large solid wood dining table and seating for 6 people.

KITCHEN
Just off the sitting room is modern and well equipped kitchen. It has everything you need for self-catering including a new oven, a large fridge-freezer and a microwave oven. There are plenty of cupboards and most of the kitchen utensils you will need on your holiday are provided, plus the usual knives, forks, plates, cups and so on.

BEDROOMS
At the far end of the apartment there are 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom. The main bedroom features a queen-sized sleigh bed, a built in wardrobe and leads on to the front deck and its water views.

The 2nd bedroom, which looks on to the rear deck and backyard has a bunk bed, a single bed and a built in wardrobe.

The large bathroom is also newly renovated and features a large corner bath with overhead shower, vanity and toilet.

LARGE DECK
All around the property runs a massive deck with water views and outdoor table and chairs.

FACILITIES
On the lower floor is internal parking and laundry facilities (washer and dryer). Vacuum cleaner is also provided for your convenience.

YARD
Large fully fenced yard at the rear of the property with a large grassy yard with a swing set - ideal for kids and/or pets!

PLEASE NOTE that dogs are welcome all year except the Christmas school holidays and we do not charge any more but they must remain outside (on the covered deck with dog house and bowls provided) and you must agree to special conditions.

Activities

WATER SPORTS
Ideal for ALL types of water sports including canoeing, boating, sailing, windsurfing and fishing. 2 boat ramps nearby - one within 100 meters.

FAMILY FUN
Children's park and shallow/flat water are just 70m away. Swimming pool (with large water slides is just 5 minutes drive, beautiful beaches and national park is also just a few minutes drive.

GOLF AND SPORT
An 18 hole golf course is just 10 minutes walk away along with tennis courts, bowling and lots of other forms of entertainment - all provided by the local RSL - one of the best on the South Coast.

CYCLING
Level bicycle track from St Georges Basin to Jervis Bay goes past a number of great beaches.

DOLPHIN AND WHALE TOURS
These operate out of Huskisson which is 10 minutes by car.

BUSH WALKING
Booderee National Park (and Jervis Bay Marine Reserve) with it towering sandstone cliffs, sparkling blue waters, beautiful white sand beaches and bush walks is also just a few minutes away by car.

NOTE: Bookings of less than 7 nights add a one-off cleaning fee of $40.

ALL PRICES ARE FOR UP TO 4 PEOPLE. Additional adults are $20 per person, per night. Additional children (aged 3 to 17) are $10 per person per night.

PRICES INCLUDE bed-linen and bath towels. The property is fully equipped for self catering.

A $200 deposit bond is required on booking and returned after your stay.
