Pet friendly 3 bedroom, 2 storey home located just 200 mtrs from the waters of St Georges Basin.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (2x queen, 1 x single + 1 x trundle), bathroom with bath and shower, separate WC, combined kitchen, dining, lounge with air con (reverse cycle).
Downstairs has large rumpus room with 2 single beds, open fire place, kids TV area, extra bathroom with shower and WC and laundry.
Linen is NOT supplied. You need to bring your sheets, towels and pillowcases. Doonas, blankets and pillows are provided.
Large fenced backyard for your pets and kids. Pets are allowed inside downstairs but please keep them off beds and furniture.

Location

2 minute walk to the clear waters of St Georges Basin which is suitable for the kids and is also dog friendly.
100 mtrs from the brand new IGA supermarket and IGA Liquor open until 9pm daily. Close to post office, newsagent, doctors, Cooee pub and boat ramps. Only 5 minute drive to Hyams Beach, Huskisson and Vincentia

Activities

We also have 2 pushbikes available for tenant use as the bike track goes from Basin View right through to Huskisson.
Being only 10 minutes to the white sands of Jervis Bay and only 2 minutes to the excellent fishing and water sports of St Georges Basin you will not be disappointed.
