Relax in this luxury 2 storey, 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home on the Waterfront in Port Bouvard!
The residence opens up to a delightful waterfront decking with a modern outdoor setting and a small grass backyard, all with spectacular views of the Dawesville Cut and Ocean. Dolphins are frequently seen jumping and swimming right in front of the house!
The famous Cut Golf Course is directly over the water and some of the region's best beaches are a short walk away.
Fish and crab on the jetty right in front of the house!
This house has the facilities and space to accommodate multiple families in comfort:
Indoors, the ground floor hosts the main living area with lounge, kitchen, breakfast bar, dining, powder room, laundry and 3 bedrooms. The second Master is located on this level with its own ensuite and walk in wardrobe. One bedroom hosts a Queen size bed while the other has 2 large single beds. A sofa bed is resident on this floor in case your group numbers require another bed. The lounge room has a large flat screen TV, DVD and the usual trimmings.
Walk outside to the sheltered courtyard hosting large gas BBQ and a second outdoor setting for some great meals under the stars!
Upstairs, you will find a second large living area with spectacular views across the Cut and Ocean. This area opens onto a terrific balcony with modern outdoor dining table and chairs. The Master Bedroom is located on this level with great views, an enormous bathroom with a separate toilet, spa bath and large walk in robe.
Car parking space abounds, perfect for large groups.
This stunning location is only 1 hour away from Perth.
Enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of the Dawesville Cut with a short walk to the great beaches of the area. Avalon Beach is renowned and perfect for the kids. Perhaps do a little crabbing or fishing from the jetty right in front of our house!
The location is a favourite for Kite and Wind Surfers the world over! The Peel Inlet is within view from the house and is famous for its abundance of Blue Manna crabs. A high class boat ramp is just down the road, see

Parks abound near the house and a great kiddies beach and playground is a short distance away.
Great restaurants are close by and Mandurah with its abundance of cafes, restaurants, theatres and nightlife is only a 10 minute drive away. A full range of fast-food outlets are just down the road at Falcon, with multiple shopping centres with large supermarkets, liquor outlets, fish and chip shops handily located for your convenience.
