However for those who wish to eat-in the apartment s new kitchen is equipped with a new stove and oven and all the utensils needed to whip up a storm.
For the Golf enthusiast the apartment is only 50 metres from the picturesque Mollymook Beachside Golf Course, and the adjacent Clubhouse provides the visitor with the opportunity to sit and relax, whilst enjoying the magnificent ocean views.
If the beach is more your thing a minutes walk will find you on Mollymook beach, the jewel of the south coast. As well as being patrolled by surf lifesavers this beach is also frequently visited by dolphins and whales.
Fishermen are very well catered for with the local lakes and beaches providing great sport and Ulladulla Harbour well stocked with Tailor. And the fishing offshore will provide for some great sport for the true enthusiast.
The area also boasts a cinema, 10 pin bowling alley, Fun Land video arcade, tennis courts, leisure centre including swimming pool, squash courts, and 3 local Pubs.
