Bring the family, dog and boat to this uniquely designed holiday home away from home, close to the lake at Conjola Park. You can swim, ski, fish, canoe or do just about any water sport on the beautiful Lake Conjola or any of the nearby beaches. This three bedroom property sleeps 6-7 people (we recommend max. of 6 for comfort), with 2 x double beds, 2 x single beds and a fold out bed. The property has off-street parking with room for the boat and car and a fully fenced pet friendly yard with a cubbyhouse for the dogs bed. Open the french doors onto the covered entertaining area to enjoy a gas BBQ with your family. Relax on the large outdoor setting overlooking the tranquil bush - a perfect way to top off a great day on the water. This holiday home features a pool table and a play station providing entertainment for the young and young at heart, along with a TV/DVD, stereo and board games to keep the whole family smiling. Only a 5 minute drive to the lovely township of Milton, or 15 minutes to Ulladulla.

Lake Conjola and surrounds

Lake Conjola is a wonderful holiday destination with plenty of family friendly activities in and around the area. You won't be disappointed with what the South Coast has to offer.

Be sure to visit the local bowling club for a beautiful (and well priced!!) meal and don't forget the Friday night meat raffles.
Green Island at the mouth of Lake Conjola offers fantastic surfing, fishing and snorkeling. Make sure you take in the view of Green Island and Conjola Beach from the boardwalk. Don't forget to take your pet for a stroll on the pet-friendly Conjola Beach (to the right of the native bird nests - signs are displayed).

The Budawangs offer endless bushwalks and 4WDing but if you are feeling really adventurous, why not tackle the Pigeon House Mountain walk? The view at the summit is well worth the climb.

The historic township of Milton is only a 5 minute drive away. It offers the following: Art galleries, boutique shops, supermarket, pubs, takeaways, markets, cafes and restaurants. Try a pie from the Rainbow Pie shop too!

Continue down the road a further 10 minutes to the lovely seaside town of Mollymook. It has beautiful patrolled beaches and 2 golf courses (the 9 hole seaside course clubhouse overlooks Mollymook beach - a great place for a meal). If you are lucky you might see the famous '7 surfing dolphins' at Mollymook beach!

Right next to Mollymook is Ulladulla. It offers an abundance of shops, a cinema, clubs, restaurants, and the harbour. Why not take a deep sea fishing charter and catch dinner? Don't forget Funland, where the adults get a break and the kids can run amuck on those rainy days.

We do allow pets in our fully fenced yard but we appreciate that you leave them outside only.

This is a great house for families but we do not allow groups of teenagers or 'schoolies'.
