The local surf clubs and restaurants overlooking the ocean are all within walking distatnce.
The nearest bus stop is only four house blocks away with buses running regularly along the Gold Coast Hwy day and night. This makes for an easy journey to the Casino and major shoping centres and theme parks.
Bring your boat and stand up paddle boards as there is direct ocean access not far from the boat ramp and room for your boat at this holiday home.

Only a 12 - 15 minute drive to Coolangatta/ Gold Coast Airport. Easy to find as only three turns off the Gold Coast Highway.

PETS: allowed on application. Fenced front & back yard. Not permitted on the carpet in both bedrooms. A dog kennel and bowl is provided and large enough for upto a medium sized dog. An off leash beach is only a 5 minute walk across the bridge. The dog friendly section of beach is located on the south side of the river mouth.
