LAVENDER LODGE IS A CHARMING LARGE THREE-BEDROOM, 2-BATHROOM PROPERTY SITUATED ON AN ACRE OF ROLLING LAWNS in a very peaceful and private setting away from the main road and railway, but still only a short stroll to amenities. It offers quality fully self-contained accommodation for up to 8 people.
It is stylishly appointed & coupled with the very relaxed atmosphere it will instantly make you feel at home. The property is within walking distance of Bundanoon Village, Morton National Park and Glow Worm Glen (just moments away).
It is the ideal base for:

It has a fully equipped charming kitchen including all new quality appliances such as a dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave, with breakfast room, formal dining room & lounge with TV & DVD player, an oversized new bathroom and a separate new laundry/shower room. Upstairs has a lovely rumpus room also with TV and DVD player.
The oversized new decking has a BBQ overlooking the beautiful grounds (a childhood dream or simply beautiful to relax in and enjoy), & central gas heating. Lavender Lodge is the ideal location for a tranquil getaway, whether it is a short weekend away or longer stay.

EXTRA SPECIAL WEEKENDS
EASTER is a four-night minimum at $1500.
This is for up to 8 people.
SCHOOL HOLIDAY MIDWEEKS - SPECIAL
During the school holidays it is $1100 for a minimum of four nights. This is for 8 people.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS/SPECIAL WEEKENDS
Public Holiday Weekends and Events such as The Highland Fling, Three Ring Circus, and Day On The Green Events, have a minimum three nights booking priced at $1300 for up to 8 people.
WEEKENDS
Standard weekend rates are $750. If a Friday night or a Saturday night is booked, it will incur the weekend rate (even if it is booked with a Thursday or a Sunday nigh, for example, a booking for a Thursday/Friday night will incur the weekend rate).
Please note the below TERMS & CONDITIONS that Lavender Lodge has:
A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. If the booking is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
Full payment is due 7 days prior to your booking.
If your booking is cancelled for any reason within the 7 day period of the commencement of your holiday you are responsible for 100% of the total cost of your stay, (i.e. your full tariff) will be retained.
If we can resell the dates at the same price you will receive all your monies back (minus any charges if booked via Stayz or Takeabreak).
Please understand the full tariff for your entire stay is applicable once you have arrived – no money will be refunded for unused time, or if you have not gone accordance with our Terms and Conditions (such as guest booking age). Part cancellation of your booking is not accepted.
Booking tariffs are based on up to 8 people for the entire house. It can hold up to 8 guests only.
Unless the home is left in a clean and tidy state a charge of $150 will apply for extra cleaning.
Strictly NO EVENTS or PARTIES to be held without prior consent from the property manager.
Strictly NO PETS are to be on or in the property. If animals have been on the property, professional cleaning services will be used to clean the property at your cost.
Lavender Lodge comes as is. All appliances, central heating, air-conditioning is in good working order to our knowledge.
We require a current drivers' license of the booking guest as the booking guest has to be over 21 years.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time.
