Close to 2 golf courses for the golf enthusiasts. 'Bannister by the Sea' has a fully fenced private backyard with the front balcony overlooking the amazing views of the ocean. There are BBQ facilities in private backyard, 2 bathrooms and built-in wardrobes in all 3 bedrooms.
