This beach house has everything you would need for a relaxing holiday, on the ground floor there is a large outdoor decking area with sea views, a fenced 8 seater spa, large outdoor setting, umbrella, plus a large undercover alfresco with open fire place, bi-fold doors, pizza oven gas BBQ.
Sopacious back yard with in ground trampoline, carport with table tennis table, yard is fully fenced and secure. Come back from the beach and rinse off in the outdoor shower located in the driveway!
You will enter this decked out house through the ground floor rumpus room with 50” plasma TV, Foxtel, DVD player, leather sofas, poker table, treadmill & exercise bike. Separate laundry with washing machine & dryer. Also to the rear are 3 bedrooms, bathroom with large shower and a separate toilet on ground floor.
Make your way upstairs to a spacious open plan living area all with fantastic sea views and bi-fold doors that open out onto another top deck. There is a modern equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, breakfast bench and 4 bar stools, an 8 seater dining table and split system A/C, also a powder room with toilet.
In the lounge there is a 3 piece leather sofa, a massive 64” wall hung plasma TV, Foxtel, surround sound, DVD player, ceiling fan and an open fire place plus a gas heater.
Top deck is undercover with BBQ, another breakfast bench, remote shade blinds and manual block out blinds and of course fabulous sea views.
Located on the top floor is a large master bedroom retreat with split system A/C, Queen bed, 40” plasma TV, its own deck, massive 2 seater spa bath, ceiling fan, and an ensuite with double shower & vanity & toilet.
