"Pearl" is located 30 minutes from Sydney CBD. It's an architecture designed modern house with 5 bedrooms (2x king beds, 3x queen beds, 2x single beds), 4 bathrooms, & a 2 car garage. It has two master bedrooms, both with ensuites, one with a spa and sauna, the other with bath, this is perfect for multiple families, couples, and children friendly.

The adjoining Collaroy / Narrabeen Beach is renowned for being a surfers paradise. In Summer, patrolled beach areas are on either side of the house. There is also a 50m rock pool, children's play pool & playground. Enjoy all the thrilling water activities, or simply lie down and relax on the beach or in your own garden.
There are also many chances to spot dolphins & whales in the ocean.
Nearby Narrabeen lake is perfect for kayaking, fishing, cycling & bush walking.
While you immerse yourself in nature, you are still close to all the modern facilities -- restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, takeaways, shops, golf courses, tennis courses, cinema, bus stops etc.
