(The House and garden is completely flat with no steps which makes it perfect for the young and old or those with mobility issues including wheelchair access.)

Brand New 4 BR luxurious and spacious home 650 metres from Inverloch SLSC and patrolled surf beach. (8 minute walk), and just 800 metres from the inlet beach. (12 minute walk)

The home is tastefully fitted to make your stay as relaxing as possible with 2 large flat screen TVs, 2 DVD players, stereo/i phone docking station, Italian leather lounges in both living areas. Luxury kitchen with Blanco chefs stove, butlers pantry with sink, water/ice making fridge, filtered water tap, and Blanco dishwasher.

The kids will love the Wii console with 35 games, table tennis table, totem tennis, various board games to play, and books to read for all ages.

Enjoy your meals inside at the beautiful tasmanian oak table that seats 10, or outside in the undercover alfresco dining area.

The house enjoys the benefits of Evaporative cooling and central heating, washing machine and dryer, a luxurious outdoor hot/cold shower, large outdoor alfresco dining area with BBQ. Fenced private back yard with access gate, and Double lockup garage.

No Keys! we have a digital door lock, the code and other information will be supplied on the day of your arrival.

Great flexibility in the bedding arrangements allowing up to 3 or 4 couples with children to stay at the one time sleeping in spacious comfort. Offering great value for money.

50% Deposit on booking.

Cancellation Policy: - $50 inconvenience fee and/or one nights accommodation if property cannot be re-booked for the same period.
