Lovely house close to the CBD and harbour area. Really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed - apart from a dishwasher ;-)

I loved it!
My friends and i flew down for my borthday last weekend and stayed at Kia Ora.
it was a lovely place very cosy and close to North Hobart cafe's and the city was just a walk away. would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend away from the hustle and bustle.
The only problem was that visiting during the middle of winter that the bedrooms were a little cold and could have done with electric blankets on the beds. other then that the rest of the house especially the front lounge room was warm and cosy with the heaters on.
will deffinitley be back!

I liked it
We were extremely pleased with our stay at Kia Ora. Its always nice to see when owners have gone to that extra level of detail in decoration and small touches. It's the type of property I would be quite happy living in. Spotlessly clean and welcoming. Located within walking distance of the city center it presents excellent value for money. Communication with the owners was also very efficient. Many Thanks to Jeff & Leanne
