One bedroom apartment with large open plan living/lounge area and ktichen, combined bathroom and laundry, separate toilet plus a storage area. The apartment has ceiling fans throughout it does not need air-conditioning it is so cool with the fans, insulation and cross ventilation. For winter nights there is a natural gas heater that quickly warms the whole apartment. Quality block out blinds/curtains have been fitted to allow total privacy.
Lounge/Living has double windows that open to the private courtyard. Parquetry floor with modern dining and lounge furniture and room to entertain. TV/DVD with a selection of movies - let us know your favourites - we may have them!. A very modern look with the lighting, artwork and furnishings.
Kitchen is spotless, it has a gas stove, fridge/freezer and a stand-alone pantry shelf. Modern and matching crockery, cutlery and glassware supplied. A range of cookware is also supplied. Kitchen is light and airy but the window is positioned to ensure total privacy.
Bedroom has double windows that open into a private garden area. Queen bed with bedside drawers and lamps, fitted with quality linen, also includes a full height built-in wardrobe.
Brand new bathroom with walk-in-shower, movie star mirror and quality linen supplied. Exhaust/Light/Heater installed. Tiled from floor to ceiling to ensure clean and hygienic surfaces throughout. The window provides light and air but is positioned to ensure total privacy. Full length mirror in doorway. Frontload washer and dryer installed.
Separate toilet and a small storage area for your suitcases.
The apartment has been decorated with original art pieces, and is a comfortable and modern home away from home.
Off street parking is available for one vehicle.
