This recently renovated 3 bedroom unit in Miami/Nth Burleigh is a fully self-contained ground floor unit which extends to your own large fenced yard. Perfect for the kids to play or pets to roam. This area also includes a private BBQ and outdoor dining facilities.
A very convenient laneway only one house up provides a great short-cut to the patrolled Nth Burleigh & Miami beaches and with Miami One shopping village (Coles, cafes, etc) only 100m away, you can put away the car keys and relax. The nearby North Burleigh Surf Club is a great place to retire in the evening with restaurant, barbeque facilities and a playground, hemmed by a gorgeous stretch of open beach. Miami Surf Club is also a stroll away offering all the same facilities so your options are open.
Pets are welcome and catered for with bowls and toys so the four-legged members of the family enjoy their stay too.
The 3 bedroom unit sleeps 6 people. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, bedroom 2 comprises of a second queen size bed with the third bedroom comprising of a set of bunk beds. All rooms are equipped with wardrobes and fans. The tiled lounge has a large TV with a comfortable corner lounge to relax on. The kitchen is fully self-contained with everything you will need and opens out to the lounge/dining area with a 4-6 seat dining table.
