This home has two levels. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms(1 queen. 1 double, 1 twin), bathroom, separate toilet and laundry, open plan kitchen and large lounge with uninterrupted views over the ocean. In the winter the wood potbelly warms you for lounging on the sofas or big cushions, watching TV or DVD, listening to CDs, playing board games or chilling.
The lounge and main bedroom open onto a full width deck ideal for sunset drinks or dining with the BBQ up there with you.
Downstairs the polished floor area is large for kids, with bunk accommodation for 6, and more sofas and TV/DVD and second bathroom/toilet.

Attractions

First attraction is the never ending view west over the ocean, and sunsets. The view is there always from the kitchen, eating indoors, or relaxing in the lounge.

Yallingup beach is 3 minutes walk, has safe swimming in the lagoon, or for more adventurous beach breaks, and Yallingup's famous surf outside the reef.
Kms of beach to walk on in winter or summer,
10 minutes walk to Caves House, or continue on the walking tracks to the caves, or coastal views. It is an ideal base for the Cape-to Cape walk.
Yallingup's wineries rival any in the Margaret River region, along with galleries for art and furniture, and fine restaurants all within 20 minutes

Cleaning;
The rental is quoted on the basis that you leave it ready for next tenants.

A Cleaning fee of $100 is required. and is to be paid in advance. Details available when booking.

Linen:
Pillows, blankets and doonas supplied.

Tenants to supply sheets, doona covers, towels, teatowels,bathmats.
If any of this linen is needed then advise when booking, and a linenhire can be arranged.
