Description
Situated in the beachside suburb of Nightcliff on the stunning foreshore with views of the sunset. Sunset is also adjacent to Seabreeze on Nightcliff, handy for families and friends travelling together. It is a two bedroom, fully air conditioned, ground level apartment, furnished with contemporary tropical furniture. A great place to come home to and unwind after exploring Darwin.
One of the two bedrooms is equipped with a king size bed and the other bedroom has two singles. The beds can also be set up as two kings or four singles if required. An extra bed for a fifth person can be organised for an extra $30 per night.
The bathroom features a rain shower.
The six seater dining area is a great setting to sample local produce purchased from the markets and created in the large fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher. If you prefer, enjoy a relaxing BBQ and informal dinner out on the verandah. Or, simply kick back on the large sofas, soaking up the sea views, whilst watching the LCD TV.
Chairs, table, picnic rug and esky are supplied so you can join the locals for dining on the foreshore and on the weekends enjoy breakfast or dinner from the food vans by the jetty.
Books, DVDs, board games, tennis racquets/balls, free wireless internet and local telephone calls are also provided.

Across the road is the Nightcliff foreshore which has ample activities to do within a short distance.
You can have a BBQ or picnic whilst watching the sunset, relax at Nightcliff Swimming Pool, enjoy the bike/walking track, use the free tennis courts or exercise equipment and playgrounds or simply take a stroll out along the jetty.
Fishing is popular with the locals off the rocks or Nightcliff Jetty or use the new purpose built fishing jetty.
In addition, the Beachfront Hotel is nearby to enjoy a seaside lunch or dinner and local shops, restaurants, cafes, takeaway food and public transport are only a short walk away.

Nightcliff shopping centres and Sunday Markets are short drive or bike ride away. The shopping centres have all the essentials such as post office, Woolworths, beauty salon, hairdresser, chemist, newsagent, cafe and takeaway food outlets and more.
The Nightcliff Sunday Morning Markets are a favourite for locals and visitors to enjoy great food and check out the arts and craft stalls. The Rapid Creek Sunday Morning Market is famous for its local tropical fruit and vegetables. Both markets are open all year round.
