A wonderful home away from home, agreed with previous guests, cannot fault it. We had a lovely Easter Break, with some sunny days spent at the backyard relaxing. Cafes, bakery and IGA all within walking distance. We brought our bikes and took the kids to Raymond Island for some Koala spotting. Highly recommend this property.

Enjoyed our stay alot. Sand House was very well presented and we were able to relax immediately. The option of the two decks to sit outside on, the great kitchen to cook at which sometimes his overlooked at in rental homes and an abundance of natural light helped enormously with a terrific stay at Paynesville. If one thing was missing, it would be a water view but, C'est la vie

We had a wonderful stay at Sand House. I can also recommend the dog friendly back yard for curious toddlers with escape never far from their mind. The kids had a great time and so did we. Highly recommend taking the bikes and heading over to Raymond Island for a lovely ride, koala spotting.

Thanks Trina, We really loved your property, it was very clean and comfortable and had a nice feel to it.
Unfortunatley it was not cold enough to have lit the conara as it would have been very relaxing enjoying the ambiance of the flames in the evening. A beautiful place - thank you for allowing us to stay there. Kind regards, Diana

We loved staying at Sand House and especially being able to take our older 'rescue' dog with us. Everything in the house was comfortable and the back garden and yard was really lovely too.

Just a big Thank you! We had a lovely time in Paynesville & your house added to our relaxation & enjoyment.
We wanted somewhere between Sth coast NSW & Melb where our son & daughter in-law are from- so Paynesville was the perfect option.
We spent most of time relaxing in the lounge & on deck & around BBQ, our beautiful dog- Windsor- was happy as well & nice for us to know she was safe so we could go for strolls around this lovely spot.
So...thanks again for providing such a lovely, comfortable place- hope we can come back again sometime & I am happy to recommend!!

This is pet friendly in the true sense of the word, with a large, fully fenced grass yard that our dogs just loved. The house is light and airy, yet cosy, with great furnishings and quality fittings including a gloriously deep bath. Quiet and private and within a short walk from the shops and waterfront. We have stayed in a lot of holiday rentals and this is one of the best: a real gem.

Hi Trinia,
Thanks for a wonderful stay at Sand House. The house was perfect, had everything we needed and the dogs loved the back yard. One of our dogs is 20yrs so we worry about him but he took to the house, garden and could get around easy.
None of us wanted to leave and we will definately be back.
Paynesville itself is a magic place and Sand House just added to the relaxing break we needed.
Definately a 5 Paws / Star stay.
Thanks Nick, Chris (Buddy, Daisy, Max & Hugo

Hi Trina,
Peggy and I want to thank you for making your holiday home available. We had a wonderfully relaxing time. It didn't matter that the weather was typical winter and a bit cold, we felt cosy and could relax.
We really appreciated being able to use your home just as you have set it up for you and your family to enjoy when you are down there. The wood heater was great once we worked out how to regulate the heat using the flu at the bottom of the unit and it was greatly appreciated that you had provided an ample supply of fire wood. You even had the fire set so that when we arrived we just had to light it.
We weren't able to get away as early as we would have liked so we didn't get
down there until about 10pm, but we were able to settle in quickly.
One amazing highlight for me was when I went over to the island to have a
look at the permanent camp site, there were two people in the chapel commissioning their new organ. There were many of the people who have been associated with the site over the years and gave me a run down on what had
been happening there. Very exciting.
Thanks again for the opportunity.
Best Regards, David and Peggy

Thank you for providing such a lovely spotless home in which to stay. You have thought of everything and to arrive on a cold afternoon and find a fire set, just needing a match was heavenly. The house is very well set out and has everything one could possibly need (and more) to hand. With an easy short walk to the picturesque main street it's a delightful place to be.

We had a very enjoyable weekend. The house is spacious, nicely decorated, well-equipped, clean and tidy. The rear deck is a great asset, and the location (just a short walk to the bakery !) is perfect. Many thanks.
