Our 2 story family holiday home provides comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people. With 2 bedrooms on each level both serviced by a bathroom and toilet it's an ideal choice for 2 families each with a couple of kids. Alternatively, its also an ideal getaway for 4 couples or 8 singles as the beds in 2 rooms zip together to make either a luxury king bed or keep them as seperate king singles.....no arguments over who gets the bunk beds with this house!
The upstairs kitchen & living area opens out onto a massive deck. Complete with outdoor setting for 8 plus daybed, deck chairs & of course a BBQ, its a great space to relax & watch the world go by & is a convenient option for alfresco dining options.
The open wood fire in the loungeroom provides both warmth & a great ambience for the cooler days or nights. Nothing better than a wood fire, good book or perhaps watch a movie from the extensive movie library.
Downstairs in the landscaped courtyard area we have an open fire pit & some great outdoor chairs - why not light the fire and sit around & relax after a long day at the beach.
You will also find a volley ball net, shuttlecock & totem tennis are available to use if you are feeling active.

Quality linen & towels are supplied on request at an additional cost of $25 per bedroom.
For stays of 14 nights or more, the house will be serviced mid stay with a change of linen & a clean through weekly.
Stair gates for the safety of little ones are available for guests to use however, set up is the responsibility of guests. A porta cot is also available for guests to use. (Guests are to supply own bedding for the porta cot please)
Please note that the tariff shown is based on renting the entire house which can accomodate up to 8 guests. Rates are NOT calculated on a per guest basis & therefore are not reduced if you have less than 8 guests staying.
We aim to provide a fuss free rental and the following "basics" are supplied:

Whats so special about Silverleaves?
Silverleaves is renowned as the best north facing beach on the island. With no rocks or weed in Summer & beautiful clear water you can easily see why. There is limited street parking so its pretty much a "locals only" beach accessed by the few discreet tracks off Silverleaves Avenue.....one of these tracks is opposite the house!
Its a great location for walking & family bike riding. Its not unusual to see more bikes, scooters, walkers or pram pushers heading around the quiet roads than cars.
Anyone for golf? You cant miss the Cowes Golf course at the entrance to Silverleaves. A well manicured 18 hole course awaits you plus the option of refreshments & a meal at the bistro following your game. The clubhouse is a 15 minutte walk or 3 minutte drive from the house.
The Silverleaves General Store is an easy 10 min walk away. In addition to providing the daily bread, milk & paper you can also dine on delicious light meals & yummy coffee & cake. Its a great destination for your daily holiday walk.
Silverleaves is close enough to the delights of Cowes if you need to go to town yet far enough away from the peak time madness. For many dining choices, gift shopping or a stock up at the supermarker either take a leisurely 45 minutte stroll along the sand or jump in the car for a 5 minutte drive to the main street.
Phillip Islands world reknowned attractions are all on your door step. The Penguin Parade, Seal Rocks & The Nobbies are a 15 minutte drive & the famous surf beaches of Cape Woolamai & Smiths Beach are only a 10 minutte drive away.
Motor Racing & Special Island Events.....plus 4 legged family members
Our house is a great choice when visiting Phillip Island for one of the many motor events held at the GP track. We aim to provide a fuss free rental for groups of up to 8 adults.
You also have the added bonus & the convenience of catching the special events shuttle bus straight to the track which is located at the Silverleaves General Store - just a short 10 minutte walk from the house enabling you to enjoy the day without the worry of the drive back to the house. Tickets are availabe at the Phillip Island Information Centre. Timetables vary by event so please check departure times when purchasing your ticket.
If you prefer to take your own car the track is about a 10 minutte drive from the house.
Pet Friendly
Dogs are welcome & the yard is fully fenced. We can provide outdoor bedding & shelter for up to 2 dogs. We love dogs but we do ask that they stay off the furniture & beds please.
Silverleaves Beach is a popular dog friendly beach & close by you also have surf beaches at Smiths Beach if your dog loves playing in the waves. You wont find a dog happier than when he is running on the beach & you will find many fellow dog lovers on Phillip Island however, we do ask that you respect the signs at the start of the beach track & stick to the rules covering hours, leads & cleaning up after your dog.
