Our two-bedroom cottage is located on the pretty tree-lined Delany Avenue, an easy 10 min walk to town, Bright Brewery and Morses Creek.
You will find a list of the property's features below, but what we can't list is the wonderful sense of warmth and ease when you walk in the front door.

We provide a fully equipped kitchen with quality kitchenware and appliances. The separate eating area has a table and chairs for four people. The lounge is spacious and comfortable with LCD widescreen TV and DVD player. We also provide a great selection of books and DVDs for rainy day weather or quiet evenings in. Through the dining area at the rear of the property is a private patio with table and seating for two.
Bedroom one has a queen size bed and the second has two singles. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage including built in wardrobes. Doonas, pillows and extra blankets are provided, however guests will need to supply their own linen and towels. The bedrooms are separated by the modern bathroom, including large corner spa, and separate toilet. There are also full laundry facilities.
For year-round comfort we have split system reverse cycle heating and airconditioning (brand new July 2012).
Edenderry Cottage operates a 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy. We welcome cyclists, but request that no bike parts be cleaned on the premises.

Our simple three-tariff system: Peak-season ($175 p/n) - summer school hols, long weekends and major festivals Mid-season ($155 p/n) - Easter school hols, July school hols, Sept school hols and some festivals Low-season ($135 p/n) - all other times
