LIVING
This sophisticated 5 star property is spacious and provides you with a designer kitchen, large open plan living and dining all flowing out to the alfresco dining area, pool and onto the waterfront. The Games Room has a pool table and opens out to the outdoor area. With 9 TVs throughout the house including a Cinema Room everyone can watch what they want. The pontoon and sandy beach area are there to enjoy when you are not lazing around the sparkling pool and it is just minutes from the main river for the boaties. The home is fully air-conditioned for your comfort, is equipped with an iPod docking sound system, and has Cable TV, and Playstation 3.

The spacious master suite on the 2nd level is simply stunning and is complimented by beautiful skyline views from your balcony. It has an enormous ensuite and walk in robe. There are a further 5 bedrooms on this level and two full size bathrooms. A second master suite downstairs also has an ensuite and walk in robe. There is a powder room on the ground level.

The expansive waterfront is designed for enjoying the outdoors. There is a sparking pool, lovely sandy beach and your own pontoon to tie your boat to or fish from. It is only minutes from Main River for those who enjoy boating.
FOR THE KIDS
The kids will love their stay. They will be kept entertained with waterfront activities such as fishing, sand castle making or feeding the ducks. Inside they have their own cenema to watch movies and use Playstation 3 and the older ones can hone their skills on the pool table. The pool and waterfront are fenced.

This home is situated in a premier location only a 15 minute walk to all that Broadbeach has to offer. Broadbeach is well known as the best location to holiday on the Gold Coast. With the fantastic restaurants and cafes, shopping, nightlife, Casino and Convention centre and of course our beautiful beaches it is the perfect holiday destination. The home is central to all the Gold Coast has to offer.
