This brand new Villa is one of only three, ideally located in the heart of Bowral, just minutes from the town centre, boutique shopping and cafes. It looks out over Loseby Park and the tennis courts, is around the corner from the Hospital and coffee shop and just metres from Bradman Oval, the Bradman Museum and the Cherry Tree Walking Track which winds its way to the swimming pool.

The Apartment on Ascot is ideal for corporate stays of all lengths. We will liaise directly with your head office for bookings and easy payments with tax invoices supplied.
Do you have a large group? Ask about booking us in conjunction with our other property nearby (2km/3mins) which will sleep a further 6 guests bringing total numbers to 15.
With central heating and cooling, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, TV, DVD and double lock up garage, all the basics are taken care of. All rooms are over-sized and comfy with large queen beds and plenty of space.

Tariff is for the first 6 guests. Additional Adults charged at $50/person/night. We have a 2-night minimum stay on weekends. If we are available at short notice we will accept 1-night bookings on weekends with a $150 surcharge.
