There are two over-sized living areas with 5 sofas between them plus a third sitting area with a double sofa bed. Reverse cycle air conditioning in one room and gas heater in the other. A long enclosed sun room adds to the space
The dining area off the kitchen seats 8 guests and there is an additional breakfast room seating 4 at a sunny table.
The kitchen has a double door fridge/freezer, gas cooking, dishwasher and is fully equipped for all your culinary requirements.
Powder room and laundry with washing machine and dryer complete the picture downstairs.

There are 4 bedrooms upstairs as follows:
Master bedroom with ensuite, King bed, reverse cycle air conditioning and additional lounge chair which converts to a single sofa bed.
Bedroom 2 with Queen bed

Bedroom 4 with twin singles
Double sofa bed in spare sitting area downstairs
The second bathroom is a 3-way and includes a full size bath

We loved staying at Owl's Green. We had more than enough space and all the bedrooms were very comfortable. Great kitchen, bathrooms and multiple living rooms. It felt like home away from home and we look forward to coming back again.

Great place for families! We had 3 babies and the house was perfect for everyone to have their own space (and sleep!). We loved the two living areas and all the beautiful finishing touches. Thank you!
