Arcadia Landing is a modern, comfortable and luxurious waterfront home. Located on the tranquil Hindmarsh Island Marina - a peaceful, natural, scenic location - with resort amenities at your disposal. Vibrant Goolwa shopping, restaurant and other amenities located nearby. The Marina is an ideal base for cruising the local waterways and for visiting the Coorong, Deep Creek Conservation Park, and the Fleurieu Peninsula. Fishing, kayaking, sailing, walking, relaxing, golf, bike trails, tennis, markets, the Cockle train, helicopter flights, paddlesteamers and river cruises are some of the activities available from the Marina and Goolwa.
The townhouse is north facing and boasts 180 degree marina views. Watch the passing boats and boat ramp activity from the upper deck or lower verandah, or from the comfort of the living, dining areas or main and second bedrooms.
Arcadia Landing is a self contained three bedroom holiday terrace house that can sleep up to 8 people (2 double beds and 4 bunk beds). It has 2 bathrooms, walk in robe to the main bedroom, R/C airconditioning, microwave, dishwasher, TV, outdoor furniture and a BBQ - everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
A hi-chair and portacot are available.
Offstreet parking available in the rear courtyard and enclosed carport. A marina berth is available for an additonal daily charge.
