BEDROOM 1
Main bedroom on the first floor has a queen size bed, en-suite, and huge walk in robe. The room is surrounded by windows, with double doors opening out onto a huge balcony facing the ocean. A great place to sit and have breakfast while enjoying the warmth of the morning sun streaming through the banksia trees, and enjoy the sounds of the crashing waves.
BEDROOM 2
This bedroom is also upstairs and has bunks (single on top and double below) with a window looking through the trees to the north east. A double wardrobe will house plenty of clothing for that extended holiday.
BEDROOM 3
Situated at the front of the house facing the ocean. There is a queen size bed where you can listen to the surf while drifting off into a peaceful and relaxing sleep. Wake up in the morning to the sound of birds twittering with the waves calling you to the beach across the road. This bedroom has big spacious wardrobes plus a door through to the main bathroom.
BEDROOM 4
This bedroom is ideal for the kids or teenagers with a set of single bunks, a trundle bed and a king single bed. Facing north east you can enjoy the sounds of the birds and view of the back garden through the two huge windows. This bedroom has big spacious wardrobes plus a door through to the main bathroom.
BEDROOM 5
Bedroom has a double bed and two huge windows that face north and west looking over the back garden. A double wardrobe will house plenty of clothing for that extended holiday.

What an amazing place Paradise Beach is!
I stayed at this wonderful property over the ANZAC long weekend, and even during what you would think would be a busy time, I still had a full stretch of the pristine beach to myself.
The house had fantastic big living space, plenty of rooms / bathrooms, great location (across the road, through the bush path to the beach) and best of all dog friendly!
I'm already making plans to go back there!

Generously sized, fully/well equipped home in a peaceful, quiet location. The owners, Greg and Kate���s communication was exceptional in answer to all our questions/queries. We would recommend the home, not only for small families or couples that want to ���get away���, but for large gatherings. There is enough room for everyone to have their own space. Our son loved the fast WiFi connectivity and we enjoyed sitting on the upstairs deck listening to the birds warble and watching the kangaroos bounding by. The kitchen, meal and lounge areas are very well laid out. The equipment in the kitchen alone would keep any cook/foodie happy ��� especially two fridges! Our dogs relaxed in the backyard when not running on the beach, which was just through the tee tree shrubbery in front. The location is ideal for enjoying the simple pleasures in life- walks on the beach; reading a book; enjoying each others company; playing a board game; taking photos and ���chilling out���. We will definitely be back.

We had a lovely week-long stay at Paradise on The Boulevard with a group of friends.
The kitchen and lounge areas are thoughtfully furnished and large enough to accommodate bigger groups. The BBQ and fire place were an evening hit!
The beach is just across the road, it was lovely waking up to the sounds of the waves crashing on the shore.
Golden Beach itself is wonderfully deserted, I think we saw three other people the entire time we were there which made our holiday all the more special.

Lovely property and peaceful, enjoyable location. Perfect for a quiet family get away and property was big enough for several families.
Had a wonderully relaxing time walking on the beach and just chilling at house which had everything you need to be comfortable.
A great time had by all.

We really enjoyed staying at Paradise Beach on the Boulevard. The house was great for an extended family gathering, with heaps of room to sleep, cook, watch tv and relax. It was well stocked with kitchenware, was close to the beach, had a really relaxing atmosphere, and had a secure area for the dog. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an out of the way place for a family holiday, or a beachside retreat. Will definitely come here again!

We already had a very good impression of the owners before we booked. The owners had been very responsive and helpful in answering all our questions. The stay itself was faultless. The house and location was amazing. It's obvious that the owners took great pains to look into details. The towel warmer in the bathroom was such a wonderful luxury! Wifi was excellent. So was the fishing on the beach which was just a stroll across the road, through some trees. The kangaroos visited 2 of the evenings.
We look forward to visiting again. Thank you Greg & Kate for sharing your holiday home with us.

The house was great so clean and has much room for everyone the kids loved it and it was nice to hear the ocean and was very peaceful. I can't wait to find the time to come back again thanks Greg. This house has everything you need to have a great holiday and was great value for money.
