This cottage is an outstanding getaway for those who want to watch the water, read a book, rejuvenate, listen to music, watch the TV or walk the beach. We loved it. You can stock up with provisions at the Woolworths in Burnie (15 mins)and then enjoy the stay. You can't get closer to the sand and water and the location is just superb. Lots of little touches and a BBQ too. We will come back, and thankyou.

This property is outstanding! The house is spotless, the furnishings of very high standard, and many extras provided in the kitchen. The bed is very comfortable. Located right on the beach and a short stroll along the beach to the Surf Lifesaving Club for meals, it is ideal. Excellent service received from the owners. The best holiday so far in Tassie. I shall be back for more.

This place is absolutely fabulous. A 'beach shack' upgraded to 5 star (as per OUR ratings) in one of the most glorious places we have seen on our travels. There are not too many places in Oz that you can step off the deck, take 10 steps and be on a pristine white beach that was not covered in people. And the house is beautiful, so well done and welcoming, with lots of thought for the guests. This place is actually better than it looks on the web. We will go back to Tassie just so we can stay here for a week. Tip: take all your food and provisions in with you as there is no shop close by and you don't want to waste your time leaving this place to go shopping. And don't plan on doing extensive sightseeing from here, it is just too hard to convince yourselves that there will be something better to see than the view from your lounge, bedroom or deck.

This is a beautifully appointed property with everything you need, including condiments and all kitchen equipment.
It is right on the beach (10mtrs)!!!!
We found the woodheater worked well and the view was amazing.
We went bushwalking and fishing (even caught a couple off the rocks).
Good music and books to laze the days away if you like!

An absolutely beautiful and immaculate seaside cottage in a truly magnificent location! Everything supplied to make it a home away from home. Enjoyed a 2 night stay and didn't go anywhere as did not want to miss any of the beauty this location provided. One couldn't ask for a more luxurious and relaxing stay!

We Loved our time at Harbour Cottage. We were totally impressed with your renovation. Everything was perfect, beautifully equipt and furnished tastefully without being cluttered. Boat Harbour also did not fail to delight, dolphins, horses on the beach and weather warm enough to swim in! Just perfect!
