The moment you cross the bridge, you take a breath, relax and enjoy Island time even though you are so close to it all, almost there when you pass Double Bay beach, your very own cafe why not drop in for a coffee or even a wine then walk home.
A holiday that offers it all...
Whatever you're after its here, swim, sail, fish, snorkel, lie on the beach, go for a coffee at one of the many cafes near the beach or off to the shops, go see Australia Zoo and get close to the crocs, go for a beautiful drive to the Hinterland.
At the end of your day, maybe come back and have a relaxing spa or sit out and have a wine, go for a short or long walk along the canal waterfront walkways.

Brand new 2 bedroom house comprising of main bedroom with queen bed and 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed in the living area and a beautiful two person spa bath in the bathroom to relax and enjoy.
Fully self contained kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and hot plate. Does not have an oven. Tea/Coffee facilities. There's a washing machine and TV with DVD Player.
We have travelled ourselves many times with our Golden Retriever (Jasper) and always had trouble getting accommodation so we have made it that your extra family members are very welcome to come and have a holiday too.
Outdoor area undercover and fully enclosed making it perfect for pets.
Rates are for 4 guests.
The guest house is attached to the main house, although is completely private has it's own entrance.
There is secure outdoor car parking for one car behind the electric gate.

Kawana Islands location in the heart of the Sunshine Coast between Mooloolaba and Caloundra. Has beautiful waterfront parklands, walkways and beaches. Kawana Island features a cafe situated in an idyllic location alongside Double Bay Beach Park and overlooking the still waters of Lake Parrearra.
Kawana Island is also just a few minutes to Kawana Beach, with its unspoilt, white sand, clear blue sea.
