Adjacent to the massive kitchen/living/dining is a second carpeted lounge area, suitable for kids play/rumpus. The massive open plan tiled living area is large enough to wine, dine and entertain.
5 large double bedrooms, all with queen beds and a large open plan games room that sleeps 6 means that this house caters to 16 adults COMFORTABLY.
There are no bunks and all 5 BR are private, the Games Room is a combination of beds and a sofa bed. It used to be 3 bedrooms and it's now one large L-Shaped room. I'm adding some photos, but they don't do it justice..
