Loved the apartment and location. It was very clean and well appointed. I was particularly impressed with the inclusion of salt, pepper, oil etc.
The only downside was that is was stinking hot that day and an air conditioner would have been welcome. But as we are local we know there are only a few days a year like that. The fan was appreciated but with only one of them our son missed out.

A warm breaky would have been nice, kind of English breakfast style. Not every day needed, but on request I would provide it.

We stayed at 31on theTerrace for the Labour Day long weekend. We had a wedding in town and managed to get a last minute booking after our previous booking fell through. When we arrived we found Denise and Trudy to be very welcoming. The building has a lot of potential, we are very interested to see what you do with the place I was surprised to find out you had only just bought it and the settlement only went through the day before we arrived. Considering it was fully booked for your first weekend you I was very impressed with everything. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, well presented and the location is walking distance to the cafes and pub, which was great.
I will be back for our next trip down south ASAP, hopefully this time it will be for longer :)
