"WHERE EVERYTHING IS PERFECT'"

With Boat Harbour Beach Houses you now have the choice of 3 fantastic locations 'The View', 'The Waterfront' and now 'The Water's Edge'.

The View is a beautifully furnished two-storey, three bedroom self-contained house, in a lovely flower garden setting fringed with palm trees with panaramic views over Boat Harbour Beach, Table Cape and the endless blue waters of Bass Strait.

Boat Harbour Beach is a secluded little beachside community
on the northwest coast of Tasmania. The white sandy beach and crystal clear waters have long been a favourite holiday secret for Tasmanian's in the know.

At Boat Harbour Beach Houses you are only a short 100 metre walk from the beach and casual dining at Jolly Roger's Cafe/Restaurant.
Or if you prefer, the gas BBQ and dining setting on the entertainment deck will afford you dinner with breathtaking views. Either way you are sure to have a peaceful end to the day watching the sunset over Boat Harbour Beach.

Where is this little hideaway, Boat Harbour Beach? It is just 15 minutes from the town of Wynyard on Tasmania's north west coast. There you will have the convenience of major grocery shops, banking, and a choice of local Restaurants.
Wynyard is also the home of the Burnie Regional Airport. You can avoid having to fly into the major cities of Launceston or Hobart, hire you car in Wynyard and you have saved hours of driving to reach this little beach haven

Be sure to look up The Waterfront or The Water's Edge if the dates you require are not available

Guest Reviews

  • "We had a lovely 3 days at The View. The setting is stunning with a beautiful outlook over the beach which is a 5 minute walk away. The house is well equipped and the deck on the balcony perfect for outdoor dining. We enjoyed day trips to Stanley and other local attractions and then curling up on the sofas by the wood burning fire in the evening. Suitable for children too."

  • "My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay. The three bedroom house was well equiped with good linen, furnishings as well as having a well stocked kitchen. loved the big window and comfy cushions. The" View "is within walking distance to the beach and cafe and Boat Harbour is not very far from other regions - Wynyard, Stanley etc. We plan to return in the near future."

  • "Great deck with a very nice view! Well equipped, furnished and very comfortable. We had many a lovely BBQ on the deck just gazing down to the beach. Oh and the Jolly Rogers cafe/restaurant just down at the beach - perfect for morning coffee, lunchtime fish and chips or a steak for dinner!"

  • "A beautiful, comfortable, well-equipped home with a sensational view. Looking over the water to the amazing sunrise from the deck every morning was a highlight. Our five-day stay at Boat Harbour Beach was not long enough, we'll be back and next time we'll bring friends."

  • "This is a stunning place to stay. The house is very well situated to command the sensational views. We had a lovely relaxing night here, as a little detour on our trip around Tasmania. We wished we could have stayed longer as it would be a great base from which to explore the North West of the island. Although there were just the two of us: because we were upstairs, we felt really cosy in the accomodation. But there's heaps of room downstairs so next time we might bring some of our brood with us. The meal at the local was tops, but book ahead on a holiday weekend - like Australia Day."

  • "Our family of four, two adults and children of 15 and 11 had a five night stay at 'The View'. This was our first visit to Tasmania and Boat Harbour Beach is a fabulous place to stay. The description of the house and its positioning is correct, clean, comfortable, relaxing and oh what a view! The safe turquoise sea is amazing. One morning we watched around 20 dolphins gliding around the headland. Would definatley recommend 'The View' to anyone - families and couples."

  • "What a fantastic place to stay. We (2 adults, 3 kids 14,13,12) had everything you want and more. Barbara and Errol are very friendly but not intrusive. The views are great and the area fascinating. Highly recommended."

  • "We have had 2 restful, wonderful stays - April & Dec 2005. Highly recommended for anyone who is in need of rest and a spot of "soul nurturing".Brilliant balcony on which to rest, watch the waves on the pristine beach down below (& at night see the stars over the massive expanse of Bass Strait) - excellent spot for the odd wine/beer + fish & chips from the cafe down the road. Great sunny "day-bed" inside to read & take in the view. Squeaky clean home away from home. You will come away re-energised and you will soon be planning when to return.""
