LALAPANZI (Restful Place) - Maximum number of adults is 7. Stunning views from every part of the house. Watch the sun rise and the whales passing from the front deck or check out the surf or the beautiful sunsets from the huge back deck. The main living area upstairs has a very spacious open-plan lounge, dining and fully equipped kitchen, a lovely open fireplace for the cooler weather, TV with pay TV and DVD. The main bedroom has a king bed, the second a double and the third a single. There is a large modern bathroom with shower and toilet. Downstairs there is a separate, fully self-contained, two bedroom unit with lounge, dining, kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet, one double bedroom and one with double bunks. Large rear decks with outdoor furniture and gas BBQ. Laundry and lock-up garage.
Copacabana has a relaxed seaside village atmosphere and is surrounded by beach, lagoon and national parks. The local surf club patrolls the beach which offers great surf for swimmers or board riders, a rock pool - perfect for children and snorkelling. Jog or stroll the beach to McMasters at the southern end and the lagoon offers kayaking, canoeing, fishing and easy walks along the banks. The village shops offer all necessities and the local cafes and restaurant are well patronised. Tthere's golf, tennis, boating, fishing, surfing, bushwalking etc - all within easy reach. Nothing can beat sitting back at the end of the day with glass in hand enjoying the STUNNING VIEWS.
Located between Avoca and McMasters with Bouddi National Park 5 minutes to the south; Copacabana is 15 minutes drive from Terrigal, 45 minutes from Hornsby, 1 hour from Sydney CBD. "Copa" is close to all amenities - ocean boat ramp, surf beaches, golf courses and numerous restaurants. A 20 minute drive to Erina Fair Shopping Plaza, 10 minutes to Avoca Beach with its "heritage" cinema.
