Joondalup train station takes you to the City, Fremantle or as far as Mandurah. Joondalup also comes alive a night with it's many restaurants and taverns. You can even enjoy a game of golf at the Joondalup Golf Course. The areas around Lake Joondalup in Neil Hawkins Park are home to many birds such as the Carnaby's Cockatoo.

Hillarys Marina with AQWA underwater aquaruim, shops, restaurants and taverns is only 10 minutes drive down the coast, here you can catch a ferry to Rottnest or take a deep sea fishing charter. Mindarie Marina is only 10 minutes drive up the coast, with it's restaurants and taverns you can sit back, relax and enjoy the spectacular views over the marina.
