History

This house, like its neighbourhood, is rich in history. A National Trust overlay on the area indicates its historical significance. Originally home to the notable architect, John Koch, the property then became the Anglican Archbishop’s residence before emerging in the 1970’s as the Moulin Rouge Massage Parlour.
