Roebil House is a charming sandstone period home, that has been furnished with style, reflecting it's era.

3 Bedrooms. Sleeps 6. The main bedroom is a Queen bed, the 2nd room has a Brass Double bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 Single beds. All linen & towels provided, which is inclusive in the price.

Perfect accommodation for friends and/or family. We have been hosting guests for over 10 years now, we keep improving the property and are pleased that people keep on coming back year after year.

Facilities include:

- Loungeroom - with new leather lounge suite, TV & DVD Player
- New gas log fire heater in original fireplace, complete with child safety barrier. Very cosy on a cold night !
- Kitchen/Dining Room .. Very cute & very retro !!
- 3 Bedrooms - Including Queen, Double, King Single and Single beds. Each with their own wardrobes.
- 2nd Semi-Alfresco Dining Room
- Small sitting room
- Floorboards through the house with new persian rugs
- Seating on the front porch - great place to enjoy the elevated views of the house whilst enjoying a drink
- 1 Toilet (separate to bathroom)
- 1 Bathroom with separate bath and shower
- Laundry with Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board
- Outdoor BBQ Area .. complete with BBQ & outdoor setting.
- Plenty of Off Street Parking for multiple cars ... this is a real bonus when staying right in the heart of town.
- Secure, very spacious backyard which is child friendly.
- Portable cot available.

Located right on the edge of Warrnambool's CBD. Easy walking distance to all things central. 200m to shops & restaurants, 350m to cinema, 600m to train station, 350m to cinema, 500m to hospital, 750m to Fun 4 Kids Festival held during the winter school holidays, 1.5km to Lake Pertobe Adventure Playground, 1.5km to Flagstaff Hill, and 2km to beach.
