Our rates are based on stays of 7+ nights, for tariffs for 3 /4 or 5/6 nights , these are slightly higher than the advertised 7+ rate.Please enquire now and I will advise you accordingly. For those guests arriving on very early morning flights from Europe, Asia and North America, you may want to reserve the night before your arrival, so you can have immediate access on arrival.

This delightful, bright one-bedroom, air-conditioned apartment is situated in the heart of trendy Surry Hills, 3 ks or only a 10-minute bus ride from downtown Sydney.Live as a local and enjoy Surry Hills.
Recently-renovated, this non-smoking apartment is on the sixth floor (with elevator access) and has uninterrupted easterly district views.
The apartment comprises:

Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, clothes washer. Fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, utensils and cookware;

Secure undercover parking included.$220 refundable deposit required for garage remote.
Linen and towels are provided and changed weekly.
Situated on quiet tree-lined Bourke St (between Devonshire St and Cleveland St) the apartment is close to all facilities, including: public bus transport, banks, supermarket, cafes, restaurants and much more.
Sydney Airport : 15 minutes by taxi (approx. fare $35-$40).

Normal check-in time is 2pm (14.00) and check-out time is 10.00am (10.00) . However, we are flexible on times as long as we dont have any back-to-back check-in / check-outs that conflict..
