This delightful, bright one-bedroom, air-conditioned apartment is situated in the heart of trendy Surry Hills, only a 10-minute bus ride from downtown Sydney.
Recently-renovated, this non-smoking apartment is on the sixth floor (with elevator access) and has uninterrupted easterly district views.
The apartment comprises:
Living/dining room with TV/ DVD, CD player/radio,
air-conditioning;
Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, clothes washer. Fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, utensils and cookware;
Bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe/storage unit;
Bathroom with large shower recess.
Secure undercover parking included.
Linen and towels are provided and changed weekly.
Situated on quiet tree-lined Bourke St , the apartment is close to all facilities, including: public bus transport, banks, supermarket, cafes, restaurants and much more.
Sydney Airport : 15-20 minutes by taxi (approx. fare $30).

Local Attractions
Surry Hills has a vibrant village atmosphere with an abundance of cafes, restaurants, designer and lifestyle shops all within walking distance of the apartment. Surry Hills is home to some of Sydneys's best restaurants: Billy Kwong, bills, Longrain, LaSala, Lo Studio, BirdCowFish and the famous Bourke St Bakery is only 500m away.
Sydney's best fashion shops on Paddington's Oxford St and the well-known Paddington markets (Sat 10-4) are all within easy walking distance.
Other nearby attractions, also within walking distance, include: Fox Studios, Sydney Cricket Ground and Football Stadium, Centennial Park, Moore Park Golf Course.
Bus stops in nearby Crown St. for downtown Sydney (10 minutes), Bondi Junction (20 minutes).
Oxford St., with it's busy bar and nightclub scene is only a 10-minute walk away.

From being greeted at the front door on arrival to our phone call on departure to see if all was well.
We would have no problem in reccommending No.58
I would recommend the apartment without hesitation to anyone in search of a secure and pleasant base for exploring Sydney. It is highly conveniently situated, and it takes 10 minutes by bus to the centre of town. Bondi is also within easy reach.
Our stay at the lovely apartment on Bourke Street was perfect in every way and provided a wonderful base for our three and a half weeks in Sydney. Our thanks to Keith Walker for everything he did to ensure that the accommodation was first class in every way.
