This airy spacious home has a large lounge with flat screen TV & DVD, separate dining area that flows into kitchen - all 3 spaces adjoin a long verandah that enjoys great views and breezes.
The main bedroom has an ensuite and walk in robe and queen bed + single bed. 2 medium sized rooms each have a double bed and the 4th bedroom is large with twin king singles. All have built in cupboards and fans.
The kitchen is fully equipped and laundry has washer and dryer. Access to dual remote control garage.
In the back yard is a large pool and covered entertainment area with BBQ.
Downstairs is a huge self contained studio with spacious lounge, 6 seater dining table and queen bed + double fold out sofa bed with inner spring mattress. This area can be used as a rumpus room or extra flat.
It has a good sized kitchenette and bar area fully equipped and another shower and toilet.
The upper 4 bedroom home and studio can be rented independently.
The home has wireless internet included.

MACGREGOR AREA
5min walk to one of Queensland's largest shopping malls - Garden City. 8 Cinema complex, library, every bank and shop you can imagine. Adjoining Garden City is the Upper Mt Gravatt busway with buses express to city every 10 mins. Trip takes under 20mins and buses use their own road - no traffic to contend with.
The area was established in the 70s with mainly large brick homes and has easy access to south east freeway - only 45 mins drive to Gold Coast and theme parks.
