LIVING AREAS:
Plenty of space for everyone with large open plan living area's. Leather lounge and wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD player can be found in the carpeted formal lounge room.
The kids can be entertained in there own TV room opposite the formal lounge room.
Beyond the kitchen the open plan lounge & dining room is bright and airy and flows effortlessly out to the alfresco entertainment area.
The home also features full ducted Air Conditioning throughout, to keep everyone cool during those hot summer days!!
BEDROOMS:
This 3/4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home which can sleep 9 guests in comfort.
The large master bedroom with luxury ensuite is well positioned away from the other bedrooms with huge glass windows to soak up the great views of the pool and waterways below.
The other 2 bedrooms separated by the main bathroom are located at the front of the home with street views.
The kids TV room also doubles as a 4th bedroom consisting of a single bed with separate powder room close by.

Beautifully presented with sparkling stone top benches, quality appliances, HUGE Built-in oven with gas cooktop and plenty of draws filled with everything you'll need to cook up a storm!! this kitchen won't disappoint. You can even look forward to a great moring coffee from the Nespresso Coffee Machine!!!
OUTDOORS:
Welcome to the favourite room of the home.. Outdoor entertaining complete with lounges to kick back and watch the kids play in the pool. Relax with a glass of wine or cold refreshment overlooking the waterway whilst dinner gets cooked on the built-in BBQ. This is what holidays are made of !!!
Enjoy a good book by the pool whilst working on the perfect tan from the sunlounge.
The swimming pool sits high above the waterway below and is always sun soaked.
Bring your boat and tie up to the 8 meter jetty. Throw the crab pot in and try your luck!
For the fitness fanatics there's even an outdoor Gym set.

All our homes are professionally cleaned, with linen supplied through a professional service provider whom supply to other major hotel/resort chains.
Your home will be presented already made up prior to your arrival featuring all towelling neatly displayed and a guest starter pack consisting of soaps, shampoos, tissue paper, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, dishwashing liquid and clothes washer liquid supplied.
We can also supply Baby Cot and High Chair Packages for $70 per booking
