Description
The studio is separate from the main house and is self contained and is suitable for 1 to 2 people.
It is quiet and comfortable with double doors opening onto the covered deck and the 12m swimming pool.
There is room to sit and relax either inside or on the private east facing deck with table and chairs where you can read a book, watch TV or a DVD or just absorb the changing scenery.
There is everthing that you need for a relaxing weekend away.
All linen, shower and pool towels (not beach towels) are provided. Excellent local coffee, tea, milk and fresh fruit are included in the price.
Minimum two nights stay.
Location
The studio is located on a six (6) acre property at Federal in the Byron Hinterland. The village of Federal is a 5 minute walk away. The general store has newspapers and other essentials and there is the opportunity for a game of tennis on the local court. We are happy to book yoga sessions and massages for you.
Byron Bay is 25 minutes away, Bangalow and Mullumbimby 20 minutes, and Lismore 30 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and every weekend there are artisan markets within 30 minutes drive as well as a number of local grower’s markets. Minyon Falls is also close by with tracks in the area for bushwalkers.
The brief and scenic journey to and from your hideway is worthy of leaving the main route to feel the magic of the Byron Hinterland.
Local airports are at Lismore (30 mins), Ballina/Byron Airport (40 mins), and Gold Coast (45 mins) all of which offer hire cars. You will need a car to travel around and see the many attractions in the area.
