This ground floor apartment is perfect for a family of up to 5 travelling on a budget. With two spacious bedrooms (with lots of storage space) separated by a living area and an updated kitchen, and less than 5 mins walk to the beach, the apartment met all our needs. While there is no A/C, the sea breeze and fans provided helped to maintain comfortable living and sleeping conditions. The apartment has its own lock-up garage, suitable for a small car. The owners were very helpful and provided a contact for a reasonably priced linen service. Enjoy your stay at Rainbow Bay!

This place is exactly as advertised! Clean, conveniently located (literally a stones throw from the beach) with a well stocked kitchen for those of us who like to cook at home.
We would definitely recommend it and, in fact, we are thinking/hoping to revisit again.

The unit is very convenient and in a good location. First impressions are deceiving on the outside. Once inside you have a New functional kitchen and bathroom. Very clean and tidy. Highly recommend staying there

A modest building from the outside but modern and cosy inside. Good cooking facilities, comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. A short walk to coffee shops, restaurants and the beach. Would recommend the Beach Pad for a budget conscious couple or family.

The Beach Pad at Rainbow Bay is in a great family friendly location. Close to the beach and a short stroll to Tweed City and shops. The unit is well equipped and the garage is super handy (small car only). All in all excellent value for money.
Ben and Michelle were fabulous to deal with and they responded to every email quickly. The booking process and arrival instructions were easy and fuss free, just the way a beach holiday should be.
I highly recommend The Beach Pad.

The Pad is just that. The old time holiday with the beach close to a minute away, walk around Greenmount to cafes and eateries. It was very easy to get to all the theme parks as well. The place inside was fresh, modern with some excellent smaller details. The fact you can cook (if you choose to) and just chill out around 'The Pad' made it very homely. My family & I enjoyed themselves very much and we relucantly let others know of our special find!
