The house is on a 1000 square meters block. Air-conditioner & Electric "Fireplace" with fake flames and wood logs in the lounge room.
There are 2 bedrooms, 3 beds and 2 sofa beds. It is a standard 4-adult-accommodation with maximum capacity of 7 if sofa beds are used. All bed linens are provided fresh and clean. You only need to bring your own shower towel.
It is an old beach shack but newly renovated, very clean and cosy. It will be your ideal family holiday place. BBQ, TV, DVDs, chess, books are supplied. If you like surfing the beach is merely a few meters away.
Conditions: Please wash your own dishes and put them away prior to leaving, otherwise a surcharge of $80 will apply.
NOTE: once the client confirms the booking, payment should be made via bank transfer within 24 hours to finalise the booking. Otherwise the property owner may offer these dates to other clients. Payment details to be discussed with the property owner.
Pets are welcomed and they can stay inside provided you clean up prior to departure.
(1) Booking for 4 nights get the 5th night free in low seasons.
(2) Low season "long term stay discount" is available at the rate of (a) $ 560/week if staying for 1- 2 weeks (b) $470/week if staying for 3-4 weeks, (c) $ 390/week if staying for more than 5 weeks

C mol house is such a gem, I definitely recommend it. It is so lovely and homey. The web photos do not do it justice. The house may look average from outside, but its interior ambiance swept me away. I immediately fell in love with this place the moment I walked in the door. The settings are so welcoming & personal, fully of characters, which I've rarely seen in other commercial properties. My husband and I had the perfect romantic evening here for our 5-year-anniversary. .. Oh our dog Fluffy loved the place too

lovely little spot doesn't look much from the outside but inside has all been re-done very short walk to beach they have dvds availalbe good selection and board games set up for a family stay we would stay here again

The house is super clean and full of characters. The owner seems to travel a lot. Heaps of souvenirs from different countries are displayed. I booked through the owner and he is very friendly and helpful. I totally enjoyed my holiday at C Mol beach house. Plus, you wont find anywhere else offers such good prices. I paid $99 per night while other similar properties in Ledge charge $200 per night. It is definitely is superb budget place to stay.
