Several comfortable couches enhance this area, providing the ideal setting to ponder the days adventures with friends and family. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. The second bedroom offers 4 single beds, ideal for families or comfortably catering for up to 6 adults.
There is a shady pergola and BBQ area, with an established garden and lawns beneath large gum trees creating a peaceful atmosphere to enjoy your coastal getaway. The property is fully enclosed with a front picket-fence and gates.

Our house is ideal for anyone wanting to be within a close walk to the beach. From the house it is only a 5-minute stroll to the quieter Collendina surf beach. If you prefer, the main beach is accessible by car in under 5 minutes.You might also like to enjoy a leisurely 20 minute stroll along the beach or walking tracks, you can choose to arrive at the main beach, or the main street in the town. If you take the other direction you will arrive at the Ocean Grove Family Bistro. Head north up the hill away from the beach and you will easily reach Ocean Grove's newest shopping development. Of course,all these and all of the Bellarine Penninsula's abundance of attractions, restaurants, wineries, aquatic adventure parks, bike trails and more are all within a short drive.
What To Bring
You will require your own linen (sheets, pillow-slips, tea-towels,bath towels, etc). Doonas and pillows are provided.
Boogie boards,buckets&spades for the kids available free on request.
There is plenty of space available for boat parking,extra cars etc.
