Somers is an unspoilt seaside hamlet with beautiful bird life only an hour and bit drive from Melbourne.
Our cottage provides an ideal retreat from the stress and strain of busy city living. A romantic getaway ideally suited to couples but there is room for a portacot or trundle bed if you would like to bring your baby or child.
We are very pet friendly.
Our gorgeous beach which is 1 minute away is leash free.

An amazing property on the beach's doorstep. Owners were extremely lovely and accommodating. Attention to detail was excellent, perfect for a weekend couple's getaway or week with two infants. Plenty of bedroom space for two portacots and two adults. Can't wait to get back there next year. Thanks so much

A minute from the dog-off-leash beach. Merlot, our dog, just loved it, going for walks three times a day.Great location. The cottage had great quality fixtures, towels, cutlery, etc.Lovely touches of luxury that is expected of luxury accommodation. My only concern would be that the living area was a little bit on the tiny side. We still had a great break from city life.

Somers Beach Cottage is in a lovely quiet location only a short stroll down the path to the dog-friendly beach that Digby loved! The cottage is very well equipped and the added touches of luxurious bedlinen and towels, wine, chocolates and dog treats made for a delightful, relaxing stay over Easter. I highly recommend this cottage!

A fantastic little beach cottage a stone's throw from the the beach which is perfect for couples to escape to for a simpler life. We loved our morning ritual of a 30 min walk along the beach to the Somers General Store for breakfast and a swim, complete with local wildlife citings of echidnas, koala and dolphins offshore.
The small yard is secure and dog friendly, the beach great for swimming at everything except low tide when exploring the rock pools is the go.

The cottage had everything we needed to feel right at home. Stylishly appointed, bright and clean with quality cooking facilities, manchester, crockery etc. A great, tranquil location and some nice books and DVD's to browse. The owners were great to deal with.
