It is so convenient for the city which is about 15 minutes walk; both the bus stop and the railway underground station are within a few minutes walk and the journey to the CBD takes about 7 minutes. It is a favourite also with yachting people as Rushcutters Bay and the Yacht Club are only about 5 minutes walk.
It is very convenient for people working and filming at Fox Studios.
Should you need to come to St Vincent’s Hospital for health reasons or to be near a relative needing hospital care the Elan apartments are close enough to walk to the hospital in 5 minutes or less.

A bond of 4 weeks rent is required (this is returned within 5-7 working days from departure, after a satisfactory inspection of the property). Other mandatory charges as listed. A pocket WIFI 3G Modem can be supplied for $120 for the first month and $75 for subsequent months thereafter.
Keys are picked up from a central office location in Darlinghurst on day of arrival. Check-in is from 2:30pm. Check-out is 10am.
