This stunning architect designed pole frame home is just what you've been looking for! High ceilings and picture windows help to create a home that is full of light and takes advantage of the picturesque outlook across Hardys Bay. The entry level downstairs has bedrooms two and three (a queen and a twin), bathroom, laundry and beautifully secluded outdoor deck.
Upstairs there is brushbox flooring throughout the open plan living/dining and state of the art kitchen areas, all of which have access to the curved partly covered deck, plus a generous main bedroom (king) with ensuite.
The home also features landscaped gardens with a curved in ground pool, which echoes the curved deck and sandstone steps leading onto the property.
A magic secluded location yet only a short stroll to Killcare Surf Beach or just 200 metres to the cafes and eateries on the Hardys Bay Waterfront. Simply perfect for that special weekend away.
Once you stay at Killcare Beach House you won't want to leave.
Tariff is based on two guests and includes linen. Minimum 7 night stay Xmas/New Year and 4 nights Easter.
Easter: $1500, 4 night, minimum tariff
15 Dec 2011 - 13 Jan 2012: $3,000pw, 7 nights minimum stay
14 Jan 2012 - 31 Jan 2012: $2,000pw, 2nt minimum stay
All other times: $275pn double, 2nt minimum stay, $50pn per person additional guests
Check in from 2.00pm, check out by 10.00am. We are more than happy to be flexible on these times depending on other bookings at the time.
This property is NON SMOKING and pets are not permitted.
Due to the property having steep stairs, open verandahs and a pool, it is not suitable for small children.
BEACH: 5 mins walk to Killcare Beach
BAY: 2 mins walk to Hardys Bay, boat charters, sunsets
NATIONAL PARKS: choice of many bushwalks - Box Head, Maitland Bay, Lobster Beach, Tallows
RESTAURANTS: for breakfast Killcare Surf club is the best spot on the coast. The Hardy's Bay RSL does good pub food or choose from The Fat Goose, Old Killcare Cafe & Yum Yum, on the bayside. The Killcare Surf Club also has a more formal restaurant upstairs. All restaurants are within walking distance. The Bells (Killcare Heights) is a few minutes by car.
CORNER SHOP: 2 mins walk, has groceries, bottle shop, gas (for the BBQ, if you run out).
