All the comforts are provided with split system air conditioner in the upstairs kitchen/living area and both electric & coonara wood heating - perfect for that winter escape with friends, or a romantic weekend.
Fully furnished for total self contained living. Sleeping up to 10 (max) family members with 2 x Queen & 2 x Sgl beds in bunk format plus 4 extra mattresses.
A short 400m stroll to Point Roadknight beach has you on the sand in less than 8 minutes and the surf coast beach is only 800 meters away!
This large two storey beach home has two living areas.
Upstairs there is a fully provisioned designer kitchen and 6 seat indoor dining area, huge light filled living area with 2 x amazingly comfortable three seater couches and extra lounge chairs. A queen sized master bedroom and stunning huge en-suite and toilet facilities. Walk outside onto the 50sqm outdoor entertaining deck and gaze out over the ocean views and tree top surroundings.
The outdoor entertaining area features a 10 seat dining table, Gas and Weber BBQ.
Downstairs has a huge second queen bedroom with Queen bed, screen, DVD, and video for a quiet night in bed watching your favorite movies.
There is a set of bunks (2 x single) plus 4 x mattresses in the rumpus/entertainment room for all the kids.
Rumpus and entertainment room also includes table tennis table, huge plasma tv, blue ray DVD, games cupboard full of books, DVD's, Xbox and games, puzzles, leggo and more.
