Seaside Escape is a modern, comfortable and spacious fully furnished two bedroom house with stunning views of Bass Strait and Ninth Island. There are many walking tracks to explore the surrounding areas. There is also a licensed golf club.
Just a 2 minute walk will take you to beautiful Tamoshanter Bay, where you can swim, fish, surf, snorkel or just relax. There are also 2 boat ramps.
If you feel like exploring the surrounding areas, a short drive will take you to Premier wineries, the Bridestowe Lavender Farm, which is one of the world's largest producers of fine lavender oil, the world renowned Barnbougle Dunes links golf course and the Lost Farm.
The many attractions of Launceston and the Tamar Valley region are all within an hour's drive.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with full fridge and freezer, an electric oven, gas hotplates and a microwave.
The open plan dining and living area has excellent sea views.
There are ceiling fans in the living area and main bedroom and a gas log fire in the living area for those colder times.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed, while the second bedroom has two sets of bunks.
The bathroom has a spa bath, shower/steam sauna, large vanity and toilet.
The laundry is separate and has washing machine and ironing facilities.
There is a front balcony with outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy the view or the sunset while enjoying a glass of "Tassie's finest".
