Description
Set on a hillside with sweeping views back towards the Wollombi village, Wollombi Views is ideally situated to explore the delights of the Wollombi Valley. The village with its general store, cafes and pub are only 2km away as are the local vineyards of Stonehurst and Undercliff.
Enjoy a swim in the pool to cool off on those hot summer days, rug up by the fire when it is cold or settle down with a book on the day bed which is set on the deck and contemplate the surrounding countryside. The cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults.
The accommodation...
All of our three bedrooms contain comfortable King sized beds and have views onto the forest behind the property. An additional single daybed with trundle provides additional sleeping accommodation.
A fully equipped kitchen includes breadmaker, microwave, coffee machine and a dishwasher. The dining table comfortably seats 8 adults, and there is ample sofa space in the large lounge room for everyone. There is a DVD player and flatscreen TV with a selection of DVDs supplied and a stereo system as well.
There is one bathroom with a shower/bath and toilet.
Outdoors, a large deck area completes the picture, with a an outdoor table, BBQ and daybed for soaking up the afternoon sun. The pool area has several recliners for sunbaking.

We conquered the back bush hill. Didn't see any wombats - very disappointing. Lavendar farm worth a visit. Kids bailed out the boat and named it "The Bailer". In the middle of July the kids swam in the pool!! House very warm, comfortable and easy to live in. We went down the Borree Track - wow!! The back road through Mount View to Pokolbin was spectacular. The children had a fantastic time; sitting in a helicopter at the Wollombi pub, feeding carrots and apples to the local horses, running free and enjoying nature. Thankyou for making it warm and cosy. We will definitely be back! - Polly July 2005

Spent a lovely warm winter's weekend here at Wollombi Views and loved it! Place was warm cosy and full of love. Went wombat hunting last night and got a glimpse of the furry little thing scurrying away!! Hehehe. Definitely want to come back here during summer. - Paul August 2005
